This Shipping Policy applies to orders fulfilled by SAMLUV INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED through the Samluv website.
Delivery timeline
Orders are normally delivered within 7–10 days after order confirmation to serviceable locations in India. The estimate may change during sales, public holidays, severe weather, courier disruption, restricted-area delivery, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Processing and tracking
Payment is verified before an order is prepared. Once dispatched, available tracking information is sent to the email address or mobile number provided at checkout.
Shipping charges
Standard delivery is free for orders of ₹999 or more. A ₹99 shipping charge applies below this threshold and is included in the total displayed before payment.
PIN codes and serviceability
The product-page PIN checker validates the six-digit Indian PIN format and identifies its postal region without depending on an external service. This check is not a courier guarantee. Final courier serviceability is confirmed during order processing. If a location is not serviceable, we will contact you and arrange cancellation and any applicable refund.
Address changes
Contact customer care as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing a complete address, correct PIN code, and reachable mobile number.
Failed or delayed delivery
Courier partners may make more than one delivery attempt. Orders returned after failed attempts may be cancelled. If delivery exceeds the expected window, email customer care with the order number so we can investigate.
