Customer information
You must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. You are responsible for reviewing the product, variant, address, and order amount before payment. We may hold, decline, or cancel activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, unverifiable, or technically erroneous.

SAMLUV INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED operates this fashion storefront under Merchant Category Code 5699, covering fashion apparel, footwear, and fashion accessories. MCC 5691 is not used for this storefront.
Products, availability and pricing
We aim to present descriptions, product-type size variants, colours, availability, and prices accurately. Photography and screen settings can cause minor colour differences. Products remain subject to availability until accepted for fulfilment. If a material catalog or pricing error is identified, we may contact you to reconfirm or cancel the affected order and arrange any applicable refund.
Orders and acceptance
An order acknowledgement means we received the request; it does not itself constitute acceptance. An order is accepted when payment is verified and the order is approved for fulfilment. We may cancel an order because of stock, payment verification, serviceability, address, legal, or operational issues.
UPI payments
Payments must be made only to the payee and amount displayed during checkout. A countdown or customer confirmation is not bank confirmation. We verify payment before fulfilment. Never share a UPI PIN, OTP, card PIN, or password with Samluv customer care.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Estimated delivery is 7–10 days after order confirmation. Eligible return requests must be raised within 7 days after delivery and comply with the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Refund timing begins after approval and may also depend on the bank or payment provider.
Website and intellectual property
Samluv branding, website design, original text, and merchant-created content may not be copied or commercially exploited without written permission. Product and brand marks belong to their respective owners.
Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by website interruption, third-party services, courier disruption, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

The contracting merchant is SAMLUV INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, with the registered office stated above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer-protection jurisdiction.
